Today we are going to talk about Arrow Season 2. Oliver Queen is back on a island called Lian Yu or now known as Purgatory. Oliver made two friends on this island, named Shado and Slade Wilson. Slade Wilson is Death Stroke later in the season 2. He takes over Starling city with an army of super soldiers, that have a Japanese serum named Mirakuru, that was developed in World War 2 by the Empire of Japan. This was an experiment for creating super soldiers, but has a side effect of being aggressive and dangerous to others, while hearing voices and imagining people that aren't there. On the island, a ship named Amazo, DR. Anthony Ivo looks for the serum that will save the human race. He asks Oliver where the dead Japanese soldiers hide out to find the serum that will help his wife with severe mental illness. On the ship, a member of the notorious league of assassin was on a mission to kill someone, but was capture by the crew of Amazo years earlier. Oliver's some what dead girlfriend, Black Canary, comes back from the dead that is trained by the League of the Assassin. We get to see some what of the League of the Assassin's like Ra's Al Ghul daughter, heir to the Demon and Ra's Al Ghul himself. All of season 2 is on Netflix on instant stream. I like season 2 because it has Death Stroke, and the back story of how Slade Wilson became Death Stroke and takes over the city with his super soldier blood.
